Randy Mathews is a Licensed Real Estate Associate that specializes in land and conservation easement properties.
Formerly with the Environmental Land Conservation Program as Coordinator for the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners in Kissimmee, FL, Randy handled acquisition and management of natural lands for wildlife habitat preservation and passive recreation.
He was principal planner for the City of Lakeland Community Development Department providing urban planning and project management for redevelopment projects of the urban landscape. His experience with Agrico Mining Co in Mulberry, FL as Reclamation Supervisor, he managed reclamation and mined phosphate land for agricultural and natural habitat use.
Randy holds a Master of Business Administration/Urban and Regional Planning from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and a BA in Forestry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He holds the Certified Manager (CM) certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is a member of the Xi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. He is a member of the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI).
Personal interests include camping, hiking, travel, physical fitness, and serving on the board of directors for Parker Street Ministries, Lakeland, FL.
