Carson Futch is an associate broker with CBC Saunders Real Estate, who specializes in land properties with a focus on all types of agricultural properties and development land.
Carson is a 5th generation Floridian and a Plant City native, where he grew up on a working ranch and citrus operation.
He has been an owner and manager of businesses involved in real estate sales and development, production agriculture, harvesting, marketing, and agritourism during the 36 years of his career.
Carson is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors® (LAR), as well as an active volunteer who serves on various councils and committees for his church, community, and the agricultural industry. He is past president of the Rotary Club of Plant City, Florida, where he was a member for 28 years.
Carson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Florida.
