She also earned the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist Certification (CPRES) that provides Sara with the expertise needed to assist personal representatives and attorneys in settling the real estate portion of estates. Sara has recently completed the coursework for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and is in the process of completing the qualifications for the designation.
