We had a recent closing of Boggy Creek Grove, an organic Certified Hamlins Citrus grove. Boggy Creek Grove consists of 30 +/- acres and includes 18 +/- acres of Hamlins that are organic certified. The grove sold for $130,000.

Seminole Grove Hendry Co-Sold-CBC Saunders Real Estate

 CBC Saunders Real Estate announces the recent closing of a high-producing grove located in Hendry County. The 2,156 +Brian Beasley-CBC Saunders Real Estate/- acres located east of LaBelle in Hendry County Florida sold for $16,925,000.

The CBCSRE licensed real estate broker associate who handled the deal was Brian Beasley, CCA, CNLM.

The Seminole Grove property is a high-producing citrus grove originally developed in 1997 using up-to-date agricultural engineering. The citrus trees in the grove are Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Plant Industry Registered/ Certified Scions and Rootstocks selected for their high productivity and disease resistance. Varieties include Early Mids and Valencias. The sale included a two-year transferable fruit contract.

The new owners of the grove will continue citrus production.
