Former Florida Legislator Specializes In Agriculture, Real Estate and Government Issues
Dean Saunders is experienced in agriculture, real estate and government issues. As the sixth generation of a Florida agriculture family, Saunders knows the land, as well as the needs of ranchers, growers and corporations. His unique perspective is a result of both private and public service. While a member of the Florida House of Representatives, Saunders focused on the protection of private property rights and natural resources. He developed his expertise by crafting legislation to benefit both landowners and the environment. His passion and experience led him to create Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate, which specializes in a variety of services to meet the needs of landowners, commercial property owners and conservationists. Through the marriage of these interests, Saunders hopes to assist farmers and family businessmen make the most of their land, while preserving its beauty and function for generations to come.
