Saunders Real Estate Affiliates With Coldwell Banker Commercial
Saunders Responding to a Changing Marketplace
LAKELAND, Fla. As of this week Saunders’ company name will reflect this new affiliation, Saunders Real Estate becomes Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate. 
Last year Saunders closed on a 27,400 acre land sale that some experts have called the largest land deal in Florida since Disney and further positioned Saunders as one of the top land brokers in the state.
