The Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate office in Lakeland, FL has had the winning season. Recently attending the annual Coldwell Banker Commercial® Global Commercial Conference (GCC), the office and agents took home a total of eight awards. (List at end of press release).

Owned by Dean Saunders, ALC, the office ranked second in the nation over all Coldwell Banker Commercial offices in national sales volume, first in the South Region and first in the State of Florida. “I am pleased and honored that our office received multiple awards for sales volume. These awards are a tribute to our agents who are great producers, extremely knowledgeable, and give extra care and service to clients,” states owner and broker, Dean Saunders.

Bill Merckel, Sales Agent for the company, received multiple Top Producer awards, ranking Number Three Nationally, Number One Producer Regionally and Number One Producer in State for sales volume. “I am honored with this recognition,”  Merckel states. When asked how he did it, Merckel responds, “getting to know the customers needs and helping find solutions” as vital components to his success. Merckel also won the Circle of Distinction Platinum award for adjusted gross commission income in excess of $500,000.He has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate since 2003 and specializes in land sales of all types, such as agriculture, ranch, farm, recreational, and commercial.

At the company’s recent annual Land Conference held in Lakeland, Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc.’s president, Rick Davidson, made closing remarks by surprising the audience with an unofficial recognition of Dean Saunders. Saunders earned a milestone of personally being the 2006 number one in sales globally for the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial network of affiliates. Current policies do not allow brokers to be officially included in the award rankings, a policy that Davidson vows to change.
