Recently attending the Coldwell Banker Commercial National Convention in Las Vegas, NV, Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate office received multiple awards.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, owned by Dean Saunders, ALC, took away a striking award and ranked second in the nation over all Coldwell Banker Commercial offices in national sales volume, representing adjusted gross commission income (AGCI), for 2006. Two top awards for sales volume representing AGCI for 2006 for the Number One Office was awarded to Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate for first in the South Region and first in the State of Florida. “I am pleased and honored that our office received multiple awards for sales volume. These awards are a tribute to our agents who are great producers, extremely knowledgeable, and give extra care and service to clients,” states owner and broker, Dean Saunders.
Coldwell Banker Commercial dissects the country into only three large regions. The South Region consists of 14 southern states Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
