1. HALLMARK AWARD 2006 - Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR)
- Hallmark Award: Land-Overall Top Producer in the nine county Central Florida area covered by CFCAR
2. PINNACLE AWARD 2006 - Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors® (FGCAR)
- Pinnacle Award: – Top Producer/Land for the seven county Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors® (FGCAR) region, which includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota counties in Florida. The honor was given to Saunders for singly brokering over $55M of land in 2006 sales volume.

In addition, at the company’s recent annual Land Conference held in Lakeland, Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc.’s president, Rick Davidson, made closing remarks by surprising the audience with an unofficial recognition of Dean Saunders. Saunders earned a milestone of personally being the 2006 number one in sales globally for the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial network of affiliates. Current policies do not allow brokers to be officially included in the award rankings.
Saunders is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Licensed Real Estate Broker, and owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland. Starting business with a specialty in land and commercial in 1996, Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate has over 30 agents and is now ranked second in the nation by Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates.

He is a sixth-generation Floridian and University of Florida graduate who worked side-by-side with Senator, then Governor, Lawton Chiles. He is former chair of the Florida Real Estate Commission, one of just over 1,000 brokers nationwide to be certified as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and along with Alan Greenspan was selected as one of nine Notables by the National Association of Realtors®.
