Joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate earlier this year, Darby Bryan Craddock brings to her clients four generations of real estate knowledge. “I am a 4th generation Floridian and my entire family has been active in real estate and development. Growing up in the business makes it a natural for me,” states Craddock.

Craddock has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA. Early in her career, she was a licensed mortgage broker, who owned and managed a successful mortgage business in Tampa, as well as a Realtor® in the residential housing market for many years. She brings to Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate and to her clients a strong understanding of both the real estate market and the complex financial elements that go into successful transactions.

Craddock, with nearly 10,000,000 in current listings, joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate because of her personal interest in the commercial market. “I work with land, office, and retail projects and look forward to finding creative solutions to my client’s real estate needs.”
