Richard Dempsey, Sales Associate and Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, was recently appointed to the Coldwell Banker Commercial corporate technology council by Rick Davidson, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc. (CBC). He will serve on the council for a two- year term.

Meeting in Boston, Dempsey joined discussions about the strategic use of CBC’s technology for corporate communications, as well as for affiliates to maximize technology use for increased efficiency and effectiveness within each individual organization. The council’s mission is to facilitate increased usability and time usage through web design, structure and function; record keeping; and marketing.

“I am challenged and excited to be a part of this group that will raise the level of excellence at CBC,” states Dempsey. “We will be rolling out new and innovative products that will enhance the real estate industry, as well.”

The technology council is comprised of a broad spectrum of Coldwell Banker Commercial expertise that includes sales, marketing, management, administrative, and IT. Dempsey’s duties involve participation in monthly conference calls with the group and several meetings held in various locations throughout the year.

A Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate for seven years, Dempsey is a Lakeland native. His twenty years of real estate experience in agricultural and acreage properties has included sales and appraisal work throughout Florida. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate, Dempsey served 13 years with Farm Credit of Central Florida.
