LAKELAND, FL
Kyle Story, a 4th generation citrus grower in Central Florida, has recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) as a licensed real estate agent.
Story has spent his career managing the office, finances, and harvesting operations for the family business, Story Groves, as well as being involved in the land management. The Lake Wales-based company owns and/or controls numerous groves across Florida's Polk, Hardee, and Hillsborough Counties.
"With my background in operating the family business throughout the years, where I not only manage the agribusiness but also manage the buying and selling of our properties, joining CBCSRE is a great step for us. I have known Dean Saunders for many years and have the utmost respect for him and his company," says Story. "Dean is known as a land specialist and that is where I need to be."
Story's business philosophy is to work hard and keep it honest. When it comes down to it, your reputation is who you are.
Story is a member of the East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR) and serves on the PAC committee. In addition, he is appointed by the Polk County Commission to the Scenic Highway Focus Group, serves on the board of directors for the Polk County Farm Bureau, and is a board member of the Lake Wales YMCA.
