Offered only three times a year, and requiring acceptance into the program, the Emerging Broker Training (EBT) is specifically targeted to upcoming professionals in the commercial sales/leasing specialty.

The EBT program requires seven days of traditional classroom training and 14 weeks of live internet classes, self-paced learning, and structured participation of a mentor in the home office. Taylor attended the instructor-led parts of the training in Las Vegas.

CBC Commercial University is a customized, web-based, and instructor-led educational venue available to Coldwell Banker Commercial associates. The in-depth training included such topics as understanding local markets, gauging client satisfaction, negotiating skills, resolving areas of conflict, creating win-win solutions, determining price, and motivation. Taylor plans to utilize these real-world topics to serve his clients.
