CBC Saunders Real Estate Earns Four Awards at the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference

Dean Saunders, ALC, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL, and Brian Beasley, Associate Broker, recently attended the 2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Conference in Orlando, where four awards were shared by Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE), Saunders, and Beasley. In addition, Saunders is awarded two top producer awards from regional real estate associations.

�������� COMPANY - COMMERCIAL ELITE AWARD (CBC Award) Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate earned the highest honor a company can achieve for the second year in a row and joined, once again, the elite membership of the Top 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial� franchised companies. The award is based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income during the 2007 calendar year. In addition, the Top 15 award recipients will be vacationing in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico in May with all expenses paid by Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Beasley received the award for Coldwell Banker Commercial sales associates who produce between $350,000 and $549,999 in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income from franchisable commercial services for 2007.

Brian Beasley has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate since 2005. As Associate Broker, his duties with the company include the management and real estate brokerage of citrus groves, agricultural crop/timberland, and natural areas in central and south Florida. Beasley has an extensive background in the management of agricultural properties. In 2007, Beasley earned the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Bronze.

Saunders has been the recipient of many industry awards and since affiliating with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006, has personally garnered CBC top sales recognition nationally in 2006, as well as leading the company in 2006 to a #2 position in the Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliate network. He is a former Florida legislator who assisted with important conservation legislation, worked to further property rights of landowners, and served with Florida US Senator, then Florida Governor, Lawton Chiles.
