Greg Smith recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate as a Realtor® Sales Associate.

Born in Savannah, GA and raised in Ocala, FL, Greg studied business administration at Central Florida Community College. After a successful 19-year automotive career in sales and finance, he retired from his sales manager position at Jarrett Ford Automotive Group and pursued new interests in real estate.

In 2005, Greg cofounded ADJS Properties, LLC, a small commercial real estate investment company, where he is managing partner. He is currently a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and is a GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) candidate. Greg specializes in land, industrial, multi-family, and retail commercial properties and will represent sellers and buyers for a variety of services.
