After 33 years with Farm Credit of Central Florida, Rob Teston joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate as Realtor® and Sales Associate.
Teston, who served in various roles throughout his career, including Loan Officer and Chief Lending Officer, retired from his Chief Operating Officer position in March 2008.
He brings to real estate strong experience in farm production and farm management over a broad array of agricultural and agribusiness firms throughout Florida, as well as extensive experience in arranging and structuring both mortgage and corporate finance. His expertise spans all phases of business organization, including fiscal and operations, marketing, and portfolio and risk management. In addition to his lending background, he is a citrus grower and manages citrus properties for others.

Teston earned a BS degree in Agriculture with a minor in Agricultural Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and earned an MBA degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
He is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®; Board member and Treasurer of Polk County Farm Bureau Federation; member of Florida Citrus Mutual; and sits on the board of the Lakeland Margarita Society, a children’s Christmas charity. He is a member of First United Methodist Church of Lakeland and serves on the Board of Trustees.
Teston is a long-term resident of Lakeland, where he resides with his wife and two grown sons.
