Dean Saunders, ALC, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL, recently received the Pinnacle Award for #1 National Division in the Land sector for the 2008 business year.

The Pinnacle Awards are sponsored by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors® (FGCAR) and were distributed at ceremonies held at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay in Tampa, FL.

 

FGCAR provides a broad range of benefits and services to members, such as networking, education, promotion, recognition, a positive impact in governmental affairs, a high standard of conduct and ethics, and the protection of private property rights. Saunders and the company offer land and commercial brokerage services that cover the State of Florida. As a former Florida legislator who assisted with vital conservation legislation, worked to further property rights of landowners, and served with Florida US Senator, then Florida Governor, Lawton Chiles, Saunders is considered an authority in the field of conservation easements, as well as land.

Saunders is the recipient of multiple industry awards for 2008, including the #1 Global Sales Professional from Coldwell Banker Commercial.
