Conservation and Urban Planner, Randy Mathews Joins CBC Saunders Real Estate

 Randy Mathews recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL as Realtor® and Sales Associate.
Mathews’ background fits well with CBC Saunders Real Estate’s specialty and expertise in land, industrial, commercial, and conservation easement properties.
Most recently, as Environmental Lands Conservation Program Coordinator for the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners in Kissimmee, FL, Mathews handled acquisition and management of natural lands for wildlife habitat preservation and passive recreation.
He was Principal Planner for the City of Lakeland Community Development Department, providing urban planning and project management for redevelopment projects of the urban landscape.
Formerly with Agrico Mining Company, in Mulberry, FL as Reclamation Supervisor, he managed reclamation and mined phosphate land for agricultural and natural habitat use.
Mathews holds a Master of Business Administration/Urban and Regional Planning degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Florida.
He is a Certified Manager (CM) and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). He is a member of the Xi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and is involved with Lakeland’s Parker Street Ministries as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as Chairman of the Property Committee.

Randy resides in Lakeland with wife, Marsha, and their five sons.
