LAKELAND, FL June 20, 2017 – Clay Taylor, ALC, Sales Associate, and David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM, Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) represented the seller in a $2 million transaction of a Central Florida Ranch in Brooksville, Hernando County, Florida. The ranch is a total of 443 acres with two barns and newly renovated cow pens. The Future Land Use designation allows for a maximum of 450 residential units to be placed on the property under the City of Brooksville’s Comprehensive Plan. Bantam Realty, LLC, represented by Langley’s Gem of the Hills Realty, purchased the Central Florida Ranch Property.
