Citrus groves & peach orchard sold by Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate

LAKELAND, FL November 16, 2016 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate’s (CBCSRE) Carson Futch, associate broker, sold two Central Florida citrus and peach properties.

Allapatah Cragg Grove Corp. was the seller of Lake Hendry Road Citrus & Peach, a 129-acre property near Fort Meade. The property sold for $600,000 and has 80 acres of mature citrus and 10 acres of peaches. The balance of the property is open land suitable for additional citrus or peach plantings.

The 78-acre Mud Lake Road Grove in Alturas sold for $340,000. This property has 32 acres of income-producing orange grove. The remaining acres can be used as a home site or agricultural land. The high elevation of this property offers a spectacular view with a lake. The seller was also Allapatah Cragg Grove Corp.
