Saint Lucie County Ranch sells for $14.9 million

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – LAKELAND, FL August 2, 2016 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) announced the recent sale of the 3,756-acre Ginn Ranch in Saint Lucie County. The ranch sold in June, 2016 and was brokered by Dean Saunders, owner of CBCSRE, and Brian Beasley, CCA, CNLM. The seller was Sunbreak Farms Ginn, LLC; the buyer was La Potencia II, LLC.

The property, located three miles west of Port Saint Lucie, operates as a turn-key cattle operation. It includes 1,676 acres of improved pasture and 1,450 natural acres. A 682-acre former citrus grove is used as an improved grazing area. The property is close to high-end subdivisions and is in the path of residential development. It also provides recreational and hunting opportunities; wildlife includes deer and turkeys.
