Darby Bryan Craddock of Winter Haven, Florida, formerly with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate, a premiere land brokerage in Lakeland Florida, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty. The firm is a new commercial brokerage in Polk County and the only commercial firm with a local market presence that also offers a national and global brand.

Craddock has 15 years experience in real estate and specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing for the company. She has an intimate knowledge of local markets founded upon four generations of real estate business. “I grew up on the real estate industry and am a 4^th-generation Floridian. My entire family has been active in real estate and development,” states Craddock. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Craddock owned and managed a successful mortgage business in Tampa.

She has held leadership roles in local and regional organizations and is a member Realtor® at East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR). Craddock has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
