We had a recent closing of Boggy Creek Grove, an organic Certified Hamlins Citrus grove. Boggy Creek Grove consists of 30 +/- acres and includes 18 +/- acres of Hamlins that are organic certified. The grove sold for $130,000.

Florida Lions Foundation for the Blind Tiger Lake Camp, Lake Wales, Florida comprised of 47.64 +/- acres sells for $1,515 Mil.
