Saunder Auctions’ Recent Land Auctions Produce Over $2.2 Million in Sales

Saunders Auctions is a Division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate

LAKELAND, FL, October 24, 2018 — Saunders Auctions sold over $2.2 million dollars in real estate between the last week of September and the first week of October.

The company is a division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) and offers landowners a marketing option above and beyond traditional brokerage services.

The properties were sold via live auction and included the following:

  • US 27 & Golden Eagle Blvd, Clermont, FL – The most notable parcel that sold was a 6.1 acre tract outside of a Publix shopping center for over $2 million dollars.
  • Frostproof, FL – All 13 parcels in this sale ranging from .5 to 5 acres were sold during auction. These properties were a combination of agricultural, commercial and residential and were offered at absolute auction.
“This sale was excellent,” said Nolan, President of Saunders Auctions. “We were at the higher end of the sales price range and the auction was very well attended.”

Additional sales resulting from the auctions are expected to be announced soon, including:

  • Dunellon, FL – A waterfront tract in Marion County located directly on the Withlacoochee River.
  • Various commercial tracts in Clermont, Florida

“Saunders Auctions are a proven way to sell real property at fair market value,” Nolan said. “We’re proud of our recent results and look forward to more auctions in the near future.”
