Gator Banks is a licensed real estate associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate | Forestry Group, specializing in timberland and agricultural land. He has experience with forestry property lease and sales in the area of recreation and investment.

He also is the timberland security manager with Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. (NRPS) in Gainesville, Florida, a forestry consulting firm operating in Florida and Georgia.

Gator is a native Floridian and has previously been certified as a law enforcement officer. He served over 30 years in law enforcement with the Florida Wildlife Commission.

Gator lives in Steinhatchee, FL with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and vacationing with his family in the mountains of north Georgia.
