Tim Holden is a licensed real estate associate specializing in agricultural properties, ranchland, recreational, and transitional properties throughout Southern and Central Florida.

Tim works as a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in his family-owned real estate appraisal business, S.F. Holden, Inc., established in 1964 by Samuel F. Holden MAI, and currently presided by Philip Holden MAI.
Examples of appraisal work performed include: government acquisition of lands for preservation and right of ways; environmentally sensitive lands; properties improved with commercial, industrial, residential uses; and agricultural properties. Appraisal, management and consulting services are performed for litigation, eminent domain proceedings, lending and purchasing of individual properties or groups of properties.

He received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida and is currently an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute South Florida Chapter.

Tim resides in Palm Beach Gardens, with personal interests including fishing, diving, and working and spending time on the family hobby ranch along the Kissimmee River in Bassinger, Florida
