South Florida Ag Reserve Property Closes for $3.075 Million


LAKELAND, FL November 1, 2011 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) in Lakeland, FL, announces the recent closing of the 112 +/- acre row crop farm and vegetable packing property that is located in the fertile Ag Reserve area of Unincorporated Palm Beach County in South Florida. The property was bank-owned and sold for $3,075,000.

The CBCSRE licensed real estate sales associate who handled the deal was David Goodlett.

The REO property of 112 +/- acres has approximately 100 acres of vegetable farm (pepper and tomatoes) with remaining acres used for workshops, covered entrance areas, sheds, shop bays, and storage buildings. The farm is located west of Boynton Beach and will continue its original use as a row crop farm and for vegetable packing.
