LAKELAND, FL May 28, 2015 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty (CBCSRD) announces the recent sale 122 East Main Street in downtown Lakeland, FL. The 12,000+/- square foot building recently sold for $1 million. Greg Smith and Kyle Vreeland, both from Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty represented both the seller and the buyer.

The seller in this transaction was Munn Park Properties, LLC and the buyer was My Office Building, Inc.

Under the previous ownership, the property was primarily used for retail and restaurant space. Only 6,000 square feet of the building space was actually being occupied.

The new ownership intends to utilize the entire 12,000 square feet of the building. The retail and restaurant space occupying the 6,000 square foot bottom portion of the building will remain intact. While the 6,000 square foot upstairs portion of the building is currently being built out. It will soon be transformed into an upscale collaborative executive office space.
