FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LAKELAND, FL, June 5, 2012 – In a recent press release, Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, Florida, incorrectly stated the sale price of more than 4,000 acres of ranchland in Hardee County. The correct price was $9,161,842 for 4,071 acres. Dean Saunders was the managing broker for this transaction and represented the seller.
