Clay Taylor, ALC and David Hitchcock handled managed the deal for the seller, a large financial institution. The buyers are David and Jill Hopcroft. The property sold for $750,000 and was on the market for approximately six months.

The 38.92 +/- acres will be used by the buyer as a single-family residence and horse farm. The property includes riding trails, covered arena, round pen, dressage riding ring and clubhouse with kitchen.
The property is located in a serene, sparsely populated, rural West Summerfield area of Marion County near Ocala, Florida. It is in the middle of horse country and well suited for the equestrian lifestyle.
