4,658 Acres Closes for $5 Million in Putnam County


LAKELAND, FL January 27, 2015 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) announces the recent sale of LaBuena Farms in Putnam County. The 4,568 +/- acre working pine plantation sold for $5,291,440 in December of last year. Phil Leary, AICP from Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.

LaBuena Farms consists of timberland and recreational land. It currently has a highly productive pine tree growing operation. The new owners plan on continuing the pine tree operation.
