LAKELAND, FL – April 15, 2014 Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, FL (CBCSRE) announces the recent sale of Takaho Estates, totaling 878 +/- acres and closing for $5,182,914. The property is located in Vero Beach, Florida in Indian River County. Jeff Cusson, CCIM and William “Boo” Graves, from CBCSRE, represented the seller. Cusson also represented the buyer.

The property has 1.5 +/- miles of road frontage on 82nd Avenue in Vero Beach. The land was previously a citrus grove with approximately 300 acres now leveled for farming and is currently being used for cattle grazing.

Cusson is a 40-year resident of the Treasure Coast, where he has been involved in the management and sale of agricultural real estate in the area for more than 25 years.

Graves has been a Florida real estate broker since 1982, specializing in agricultural land and farmland real estate. Graves covers the east Florida coast, is a native Floridian, and a third-generation Indian River County citrus grower.
