Florida Firm Selected as One of “America’s Best Brokerages” in 2010


LAKELAND, FL January 25, 2011 – The editors of The Land Report, “The Magazine of the American Landowner,” recently presented the 2010 survey of the country’s leading real estate firms that specialize in land. Their criteria for selection included land specialization, reputation, principles, and sales volume.

The “America’s Best Brokerages” list included Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate of Lakeland, FL and 55 other land brokerage firms nationwide that represented the best from across America. In the Southeast’s 12-state region, CBC Saunders Real Estate was one of only 11 land brokers in the region selected for the list.
