Former Platinum Bank building closes for $1,825,000

The property was 1285 1st Street South, Winter Haven, Florida, a 4,176 square foot Class A Bank building.

CenterState Bank opened its first branch as a Winter Haven-based community bank at this location in 2000 before moving to its current location one block north on 1st street. CenterState acquired this location with the purchase of Platinum Bank earlier this year and are pleased with the results of this sale.
