Boggy Creek Grove consists of 30 +/- acres and includes 18 +/- acres of Hamlins that are organic certified. The grove sold for $130,000.

The Property is located in Polk County, Florida and is close to Bartow, Winter Haven, and the proposed CSXIntermodal Rail Center, which may be a feature for future development.
