LAKELAND, FL January 12, 2016 – Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) handled the sale of two central Florida property transactions, one sold for $3.5 million and the other for $2.75 million.
457 +/- acres, Haines City Residential Development, listed by CBCSRE, sold for $3.5 million. The seller, Morrison Partnership, was represented by CBCSRE Associate Broker David Hitchcock, ALC CCIM, and CBCSRE Sales Associate Clay Taylor, ALC. Tenold Holding, Inc. purchased the property.
David Hitchcock and Clay Taylor also represented the seller, Fifth Third Bank, in a $2.75 million property transaction. Ashton Land Development, LLC purchased 468 +/- acres of mixed-use land in Winter Haven, Florida located on Cypress Gardens Blvd and Thompson Nursery Road (CR 540A). Ashton Land Development, LLC plans to develop the acreage with single-family and multifamily residences.
