LAKELAND, FL, August 26, 2022 – SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate offers a huge congratulations to one of its advisors, Zeb Griffin, as has he has now earned his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation at 25 years of age. This would make him the youngest ALC in the state of Florida.
To achieve the ALC designation, advisors must complete the rigorous education program, obtain a substantial portfolio of land transactions, and establish a minimum number of years in land sales. Within the submitted portfolio, the land value of each transaction must account for at least 51% of the total sale.
Throughout his career, Zeb Griffin, ALC, has successfully closed on thousands of acres of unique properties, including numerous ranches and a variety of acreage tracts. One of which was a 160 acre timberland tract in Orange County, Florida which was a rare find given its location. Even more notable was over 430 acres of the Green Swamp located in South Lake County, Florida.

Growing up, Zeb was actively involved in his family’s Florida cattle operation and even during his college years, he worked at a hay and cattle operation in Southern Georgia. He understands the generational sweat equity and sentimental value that these types of properties hold. This passion for Florida land and wildlife is reflected in his success as an advisor and Accredited Land Consultant.
