Today, the brokerage is led by three top industry brokers who offer clients a comprehensive range of real estate services based upon their unique contributions to the real estate industry. Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM

Founder, Managing Director & Senior Advisor

Since 1985, Dean has specialized in Florida land and conservation easements. He served in the US Senate as Agricultural Liaison, Special Assistant, and Director of External Affairs to US Senator Lawton Chiles, then Governor Chiles (D-FL). From 1992 to 1996 he served in the Florida House of Representatives, where his strong passion for supporting landowner property rights and conserving the integrity of a property’s natural resources culminated in his authorship of groundbreaking conservation legislation. He comes from an eighth-generation Florida agricultural family, earned a BSA from the University of Florida in Fruit Crops, Food and Resource Economics, and is a recognized Florida land and conservation easement authority.

Managing Director & Senior Advisor

Gary M. Ralston, CCIM, SIOR, SRS, CPM, CRE, CLS, CDP, CRX, CRRP, FRICS is Managing Director of SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate – the premier commercial services provider in Central Florida. Gary is a recognized subject matter expert on retail and commercial properties, a successful real estate developer, investor and group investment sponsor. From the early 1990s through 2004 Gary was the president and a member of the board of directors of Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc. (NYSE:NNN) the industry leader in single-tenant corporate net-leased real estate. During that time he guided the company’s growth from less than $15 million in real estate assets to over $1.5 billion.

R. Todd Dantzler, CCIM

Todd is a well-known authority on commercial properties and land use in the Lakeland-Winter Haven metro and surrounding areas. Todd specializes in commercial and industrial properties, investment properties, and commercial leasing. Also a principle with Watson Myers Century 21, a residential real estate brokerage in Winter Haven, Todd has been active in East Polk County real estate for over 38 years. Todd was recognized as the 2012 Florida Realtor® of the Year. In 2000, he was elected president of the Florida Realtors® — the youngest president in the history of Florida Realtors®.

Jonathan Barreras

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jonathan brings leadership and vision to the task of ensuring the company’s operations are optimized and expandable. He institutes and manages proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems for the entire scope of the company’s business activities.

He is dedicated to ensuring the financial strength and operating efficiency vital to immediate and long-range performance objectives. He leads with a respectful, constructive and energetic style.

Tyler Davis

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Tyler brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the team, having spent over five years working at PwC, one of the largest professional services firms in the world. While there, he provided tax planning, tax provision, and tax consulting services to publicly traded and privately held insurance companies across the country.

Tyler is a licensed Florida real estate agent and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of The Lakeland Rotary Club and sits on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Bonnet Springs Park.

Jennifer Williamson

Marketing Director

Jennifer is responsible for strategy development and implementation of marketing efforts in alignment with the goals and objectives of the firm. She oversees all traditional and digital marketing strategies. Jennifer works to curate, protect, and promote the brokerage’s brand identity. 

Jennifer’s experience includes business development in the A/E/C industry, product marketing, and marketing technology initiatives. She specializes in implementing new marketing technology, the optimization of technology investments, and marketing intelligence.
