A tablet computer, commonly shortened to tablet, is a mobile PC, typically with a mobile operating system and LCD touchscreen display processing circuitry, and a rechargeable battery in a single thin, flat package. Tablets can capture picture/video, play video games, access the web, play media, navigate using GPS, and place and receive voice/video calls and text message. Tablets typically have front-facing and rear-facing digital video/picture cameras, a microphone, GPS navigation, a flashlight, gyroscope and an accelerometer, so images on screens are always displayed upright, or to sense velocity (such as Pokémon GO may sense that you may be inside a car, judging by the rate of velocity).
