At its roots, SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler was born out of the Sunshine State. In 1996, Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM founded the company out of Lakeland, Florida with the goal of providing landowners and investors with revolutionary brokerage services. Later on, when Gary Ralston, CCIM, SIOR and Todd Dantzler, CCIM would join Saunders' firm, the company expanded from a successful land brokerage to an industry-leading land and commercial brokerage servicing clients all throughout Florida.
