LAKELAND, FL, January 12, 2024 - SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler is a full-service land and commercial real estate brokerage firm with offices in Florida and Georgia. Now wrapping up 27 successful years, the firm has continued to demonstrate excellence in the real estate industry, culminating in a remarkable year of achievement.

In 2023, SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler brokered $467,137,473 in real estate transactions. These deals encompassed a substantial 71,937 acres of land and 612,158 square feet of commercial space. In terms of sale price, the average transaction was over $2,000,000 and over 15% of all transactions closed at over $3,000,000.

  1. Holopaw Grove ($33,080,400) 3,065.40 acres of citrus groves in Osceola County, Florida, was brokered by Jeff Cusson, Dean Saunders, and Brian Beasley.
  2. Sugarbelle Little Cypress ($20,647,600) 2,524 acres of farmland in Hendry County, Florida, was brokered by Jeff Cusson, Dean Saunders, and Brian Beasley.
  3. US 192 and Florida Turnpike Development Land ($15,000,000) 57.80 acres of vacant development land in Osceola County, Florida, was brokered by brokered by Dusty Calderon, Dean Saunders, and Augie Schmidt.
  4. Cypress Lake ($13,250,000) 1,210 acres of pastureland in Indian River County, Florida, was brokered by Jeff Cusson.
  5. Bronson Osceola Conservation Easement ($12,721,048.10) This 4,317-acre conservation easement in Osceola County, Florida, was brokered by Dean Saunders and Dusty Calderon.
  6. Cow Creek Conservation Easement ($11,637,500) This 3,496-acre conservation easement in St. Lucie County, Florida, was brokered by Dean Saunders.
  7. Ru-Mar Conservation Easement ($11,433,600) This 3,176-acre conservation easement in St. Lucie County, Florida was brokered by Dean Saunders.
  8. Interstate Drive Office Space ($11,000,000) 80,000 square feet of office space on 12.61 acres in Polk County, Florida, was brokered by Lauren Smith, Gary Ralston, and David Hungerford.
  9. Midway Farms Conservation Easement ($10,720,300) This 3,634-acre conservation easement in Polk County, Florida, was brokered by Dean Saunders and Trent Saunders.
  10. McClure to Nuveen ($10,526,400) 1,232 acres of pastureland in Collier County, Florida, was brokered by Trent Saunders.

Notably, the firm is very proud of the several conservation deals brokered by Founder & Managing Director Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, over the past year. Mr. Saunders has long been a champion of preserving Florida land, with his proposal in 1992 leading to the development of Florida's conservation easement program. Three decades later, SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler is proud to have supported the conservation of over 28,000 acres of Florida's natural and agricultural landscapes in 2023 alone.

As SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler continues to expand outside of Florida, the firm has found great success in its Georgia operations as well. Based out of Thomasville, these advisors sold 5,317 acres of Georgia land in 2023.

The firm has also made remarkable strides in its property management division, achieving an 88% year-over-year revenue growth. The number of properties managed has also seen a substantial 56% increase, with SVN | SRD's commercial property managers now overseeing 1.5 million square feet of space and accommodating over 225 tenant companies across Central Florida. Additionally, property management achieved an impressive 18% increase in rent collections on behalf of property owners in 2023.
