- Cow Creek Conservation Easement ($11,637,500) This 3,496-acre conservation easement in St. Lucie County, Florida, was brokered by Dean Saunders.

The firm has also made remarkable strides in its property management division, achieving an 88% year-over-year revenue growth. The number of properties managed has also seen a substantial 56% increase, with SVN | SRD's commercial property managers now overseeing 1.5 million square feet of space and accommodating over 225 tenant companies across Central Florida. Additionally, property management achieved an impressive 18% increase in rent collections on behalf of property owners in 2023.
