Position Overview
Saunders Valuations is seeking Certified General Appraisers to join our growing land and commercial real estate appraisal team. We provide appraisal services, appraisal reviews, and valuation consulting for a diverse client base, including lenders, attorneys, financial institutions, government agencies, and family offices.
Our appraisal practice covers a broad range of property types and markets, supported by proprietary GIS technology, quality data, and experienced leadership. We offer opportunities for both employees and independent contractors, with competitive compensation and benefits available for eligible positions.

Land Appraisals
- Agricultural and vacant land
- Timberland and recreational properties
- Conservation properties

Qualifications
- Active Certified General Appraiser license in the applicable state or states.
- Experience in land appraisal, commercial real estate appraisal, or both.
- Ability to develop well-supported, independent opinions of value.
- Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Commitment to professional standards and high-quality appraisal work.
