Prior to joining Saunders Real Estate, Catherine was with Publix Super Markets, Inc., managing portfolios exceeding 26 million square feet of retail space, the enforcement of all leasehold obligations for over 3,600 tenant spaces, and an annual operating budget of over $131 million.
Catherine is known for her hands-on leadership style, focusing on team development, regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance to meet ownership objectives. She is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
