Dan Brooks is the Facilities Director at Saunders Real Estate, where he has been an employee since 2014.
As an InterNACHI Certified Commercial Inspector, Dan ensures that properties meet the highest standards, specializing in helping clients build and protect their physical assets.
Dan’s expertise spans construction, capital improvements, property management, facilities maintenance, insurance claims, budgeting, preventive maintenance, and repairs. He plays a key role in managing commercial properties, overseeing daily operations, including owner, and tenant relations, while supporting the property management team with all aspects of clients' assets. In addition to this, he manages relationships with over 650 different vendors and has overseen more than $7 million in construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Beyond property and facilities management, Dan has a diverse professional background with significant experience in marketing, research, and videography. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Film from Southeastern University, which has contributed to his unique perspective in both his professional and creative work.
Dan manages the facilities for the company’s state-of-the-art corporate headquarters, which incorporates advanced technologies in solar power, automation, and security systems.
