Marc Zeff, CPA, serves as Controller at Saunders Real Estate, overseeing the firm’s financial operations with a disciplined and strategic approach. He manages complex budgets, optimizes financial systems, and drives process improvements.
Marc brings extensive experience in financial leadership across agricultural and corporate environments. Prior to joining Saunders Real Estate, he led all accounting and finance functions for a multi-million-dollar citrus cooperative, working closely with executive leadership on forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning. Earlier in his career, he held senior accounting roles supporting large-scale budgets, audit processes, and system implementation.
Marc holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Southern College. A Certified Public Accountant, he remains active in professional and community organizations, including having served as Vice President of the Atlantic Chapter of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives.
Outside the office, Marc values time with his wife, Paige, and their three children. He enjoys hiking, hunting, landscape gardening, and scouting unique places to eat.
