David aims to provide dynamic analysis strategies to locate the most efficient sites for each client. He is the mapping specialist within the firm which gives him an insider look on site selection and site-in-search analysis.

David values each client as if they were his own family. His previous work at his family-owned business as a financial advisor was rooted in this as he worked to advise his clients on all aspects of financial planning and literacy.

While in college, David was a member of his University’s Real Estate Society and was later admitted as an adjunct real estate instructor. By placing himself in these roles, he gathered a vast expanse of knowledge on all things commercial. David is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee and is a practicing expert in property valuation and leasing.
