Gary is an expert in all things commercial and he holds a strong passion for educating clients on market trends in the current and future economy. Earlier in his career, he guided a corporate real estate firm from less than $15 million in real estate assets to over $1.5 billion. Recognized as the most accredited commercial real estate practicing professional in the nation, Gary lives to learn.

His enthusiasm for learning is rooted in his passion for teaching. He is an adjunct faculty member at Florida Southern College and the University of Florida. Gary is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute and practicing instructor for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Gary is SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler’s own in-house economist. His monthly YouTube series, “DataBreak with Gary Ralston” provides an in-depth analysis of Florida's market and where it is positioned within the nation’s economy.
