LAKELAND, FL, April 5, 2022 – The REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards program’s most coveted and prestigious award, the APEX 2021 Top National Producer, has been awarded to Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, Founder, Managing Director & Senior Advisor of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler in Lakeland, FL.
The award recognizes the applicant with the highest overall qualifying transaction volume across the nation. This is the third time Saunders earned the top honor among national land brokers, winning the award in 2020 and 2018. Saunders earned the honors based on transactions totaling more than $532 million in 2021.
The APEX Awards celebrated its fifth year with 203 applicants totaling a combined $8.4 billion in qualifying production volume. All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Awards Program are active members of RLI and had at least $5 million of qualifying production volume in closed land sales in 2021.
He received this award as well as the 2021 National Broker of the Year in Residential Land Sales from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founder Eric O’Keefe on Thursday, March 24, 2022, during RLI’s 2022 National Land Conference in San Antonio, TX.
Additionally, three Senior Advisors at the firm were recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club. David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM, Clay Taylor, ALC, and Marvin Puryear, all had at least four million dollars of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales.
Saunders currently serves as the 2022 National President of RLI, a national membership organization for the land real estate profession.
