The NAR National Commercial Awards program acknowledges real estate professionals who have received awards or recognition for their exceptional service and contributions to their local/state REALTOR® association, one of NAR's affiliated Institutes, or their community.
David Hitchcock, on behalf of the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS®, and Clay Taylor, on behalf of the Lakeland Association of REALTORS® Inc, have both demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the field of commercial real estate.

This award highlights the significant networking and collaboration that occurs among RLI members who hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Both honorees have closed the highest-dollar transaction between two ALCs for the year, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to the real estate profession.
