LAKELAND, FL, October 20, 2026 – Saunders Real Estate, a leading land and commercial real estate brokerage serving the Southeastern and Midwestern United States, has appointed Alexandra "Alex" Ferraro Berkezchuk as Marketing Director. With more than a decade of experience in real estate marketing, brand strategy and business development, Berkezchuk will help lead the firm's marketing initiatives as Saunders strengthens its presence across key markets.

In her new role, Berkezchuk will lead marketing strategy for Saunders' land and commercial real estate brokerage services, strengthening the firm's brand, expanding its marketing capabilities and streamlining how it brings listings and expertise to market.

Berkezchuk joins Saunders with a track record of leading marketing initiatives for real estate companies and other businesses. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Vest Residential, where she oversaw enterprise marketing and customer experience strategy for a 17,000-unit multifamily property management platform across the Southeast. During her tenure, she built and led a six-person marketing team, spearheaded a company-wide rebrand following a merger and contributed to new business development efforts.
Previously, Berkezchuk served as Regional Marketing Director at Camden Property Trust, overseeing marketing initiatives across Florida markets, including Tampa, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. She also served as Director of Marketing at Bolt Data, a Salesforce-focused software and consulting company, where she led a post-merger rebrand and website redesign supported by a digital marketing strategy that increased website traffic by 91%.
At Saunders, Berkezchuk will draw on her experience in marketing technology, customer experience and team development to enhance the firm's marketing operations and strengthen how its advisors connect with landowners, buyers and investors. Her appointment builds on Saunders' more than 30-year history in land and commercial real estate while supporting the firm's next chapter of growth.
Berkezchuk holds a Master of Arts in Advertising and Creative Direction from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated summa cum laude.
